Goodie Bag #26 - Time to have fun! (3/6/2007)
Sometimes the quickest way to make ourselves feel better is to just have a little fun. You remember how that works, right? (It's easy to forget when you're living with chronic illness—we know.) This issue offers up some happy distractions, including a cartoon poking fun at the pharmaceutical industry, a chance to paint your own Jackson Pollock, and an answer to the question: "will it blend?" We also look at the importance of letting go of your old self-image and having compassion for who you are today.

Goodie Bag #25 - Change for the better (2/20/2007)
Sometimes you need to mix things up to challenge yourself (like trying a new workout or restaurant). In this issue we look at the value of proactive change, plus ways to handle unwanted contact from strangers, and a new resource for chronic pain management: The Chronic Pain Store. We also offer up cool outlets for fun t-shirts and accessories, and tips for managing fibromyalgia and maintaining good sleep hygiene.

Goodie Bag #24 - Give me some sugar! (2/6/2007)
In this pre-Valentine's Day issue, we share the love with our support team (the people who help us every day), check out some sweet goodies, and generally give ourselves some sugar! We point you to info on Celiac Singles so you can make a gluten-free love connection, a resource for folks with anxiety, great sources for lingerie and sex toys (because you've got to love the one you're with!) and much more.

Goodie Bag #23 - Realistic goals will bring you real success (1/23/2007)
We take a look at the power of setting realistic goals, vs. setting yourself up for failure with outrageous expectations - so you can really succeed! We point you to Trashy Diva for gorgeous dresses, Starving Artist Bazaar for gorgeous necklaces, and Miss Alison for yummy handmade vinyl accesories. And since you look gorgeous, why not feel wonderful too by helping rebuild New Orleans through the Common Ground Collective? Finally, we look at diabetes, prescription medicine coverafe, and fab new workout gear. This issue is jam-packed with goodies!

Goodie Bag #22 - It's about time (1/9/2007)
Time: there's just not enough of it. So we look at time - how we spend it, how we can save it, and how to make the most of it. We embrace ridiculousness, we use all kinds of cool online tools to manage our time and take care of ourselves, and as a bonus we offer up resources on heart disease, temporomandibular joint disorders, the the body mass index (BMI) test.

It's time to kick off a new year, and what better way than with a batch of tips to help you make the most of every minute? Goodie Bag #19 - We're feeling generous. Are you? (11/28/2006)
As the holiday season draws near, we focus on opportunities to give back - instead of tangible gifts, why not try a charitable donation instead? We name our favorite charities, and give you tips on finding the best-run non-profits and getting your tax write-offs.

Goodie Bag #18 - Tons of tips to help you reduce stress today (11/14/2006)
Babe Michelle writes about being the best. patient. ever. And we offer up a ton of tips on minimizing stress, including diaphragmatic breathing, exercise, humor, relaxation techniques, meditation and more.

Goodie Bag #17 - Tricks and treats (10/31/2006)
