Mental Health, Anxiety & Depression
Mental health encompasses many different conditions and illnesses, two of the most common being anxiety and depression. According to the Anxiety Disorders Association of America, approximately 40 million people in the U.S. live with an anxiety disorder. Many are treatable, but there are lots of people who don't know how to get help. Every year, more than 19 million people in the U.S. suffer from depression, according to Mental Health America, and more than half are women. We've gathered some of our favorite resources to help you learn more about anxiety, depression and other mental health issues.
