The Neuropathy Association tells us that 15 to 20 million people in the U.S. have peripheral neuropathy; about 200,000 people live with Tourette Syndrome, according to the Tourette Syndrome Association, Inc.;  the Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Association says that anywhere between 200,000 and 1.2 million people are affected by the condition...and these are just a few of the neurological disorders addressed in our resources section.

Dysautonomia Information Network: POTS, NCS, PAF, MSA

The Dysautonomia Information Network (also known as POTS Place) offers up tools for Babes living with four conditions: postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS), neurocardiogenic syncope (NCS), pure autonomic failure (PAF) and multiple system atrophy/shy-drager syndrome (MSA).

Wow, that's a mouthful! These nervous system conditions cause all kinds of issues, and there's not a lot of good info on any of them out there - but POTS Place has a ton of good resources, like a symptom checker, information on its causes, mechanisms of detection, myths, research and more.

Huntington's Disease Society of America

HDSA is a nonprofit health agency that provides support and information to individuals and families living with HD.

Find answers about this genetic, neurological disorder, as well as info about testing, diagnosis, treatment, advocacy, research and services in your area.

Neuropathy Association

The Neuropathy Association provides resources and information for those living with neuropathy, their loved ones and medical practitioners.

Get information on the symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of neuropathy. Find local support, advocacy and volunteer opportunities, and learn about the latest scientific advances and treatment options.

Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Association

The Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Association exists to promote public awareness of RSDS and to provide support and information to individuals living with the disorder and related conditions.

Learn about symptoms and treatment of RSDS, get info about support groups in your area, and find links to other RSDS-focused organizations. You can also read this New Yorker article, though it ironically doesn't address what patients should do "..when doctors can't figure out how to treat their suffering."

Restless Legs Syndrome Foundation

The Restless Legs Syndrome Foundation is a resource for those who suffer from this neurological condition.
