International Association for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Formerly the American Association for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, the IACFS mission is to "promote, stimulate and coordinate the exchange of ideas related to CFS and fibromyalgia (FM) research, patient care, and treatment."
