Making healthy choices (9/23/2011)
Those of us who are chronically ill sometimes forget how much choice we have in our day-to-day health. We can choose so many things: to eat a little healthier, to sleep on a better schedule, to talk with friends to get support... But often, we blow off those priorities with excuses.
