Making healthy choices (9/23/2011)

Chris Brogan talks about how to recognize the excuses, make a plan, and make yourself a priority.

We go through so much day-to-day. Why settle for mediocre in any way? Fix those little things that nag you so you can focus your attention on the good stuff, the really important stuff. XO Editrix Jenni
