Chronic Bits 

For years, I was freaked out about toxic shock syndrome, until a doctor told me it's incredibly rare - that to contract it, I would have to aggressively ignore manufacturers' advice on using tampons. So when I read recently in Newsweek about new research on the resurgence of TSS, I was shocked. Most incredibly, the article said that the new research recommends against using more than one tampon at once. Seriously people, is there anyone out there cramming multiple tampons in their coochie? Quit it!
