Fibromyalgia: HealthWomen host tons of new tips, including videos with Editrix Jenni Prokopy
Editrix Jenni Prokopy has been partnering with HealthyWomen (formerly the National Women's Health Resource Center) to create some awesome fibromyalgia awareness pieces and advice for living well with this chronic pain condition. I've been having trouble sleeping lately, lots on my mind and lots going on are combining to mess with my sleep schedule. So just like the breathe playlist I created a couple months, this playlist is designed with a specific purpose: to get me thinking about sleep. I think you'll love it too!
