A playlist to help you remember to BREATHE
I've been spending a lot of time lately on learning mindfulness, trying to be present in every moment. A big part of that is breathing and as regular readers know, music always inspires and motivates me. I asked for suggestions on Twitter and Facebook, and combined those with my own faves to create this terrific 17-song playlist. Enjoy! (You can also listen to the entire list streaming at Playlist.com.)

Health care reform: Jennifer Jaff digs deeper
Our pal Jennifer Jaff of Advocacy for Chronic Illness Patients, Inc. is letting us reprint a terrific newsletter article that offers her perspective on the current health care reform discussion.
From Jennifer: Over the next two months, the Senate Finance Committee, Senate Health Education, Labor and Pensions Committee (HELP Committee), and the three Committees in the House of Representatives with jurisdiction over health care are expected to mark-up (discuss, amend, refine) their various proposals before they are debated by the full Senate and House of Representatives. Luckily for you, we have reviewed the more than 1,500 pages of proposals that are available to the public, so we can give you the broad outlines.
