ChronicBabe Forum: Join the discussion!
A note from Editrix Jenni Prokopy:
Babes, we've been so busy these past few weeks, and you're starting to see the fruits of our labors! Today we announce the ChronicBabe Forum, a place where you can join the discussion about life as a young woman with chronic illness.
This project has been in progress for months, but our summer intern, Daniel Wilczak (left), really made it happen. In fact, after months of me fiddling with it, he sat down and had it gorgeous and working in a single day. So WAY TO GO DAN!
The forum is meant to be a positive, non-judgmental place where you can be yourself and create conversations with other ChronicBabes. I think you'll find that most people are excited to share new ideas and help each other—and this is the perfect spot to do it.
We've made the navigation as easy as possible. Anywhere on ChronicBabe.com, in the bar up top, you'll see a tab marked "Forum." Just click it and a new window will open up with the forum. Likewise, when you're at the Forum and want to return to ChronicBabe.com, there's a tab in the upper navigation bar that will take you back here.
So come on over. Friend me at the forum, join in some chats, start a discussion thread, create a group for your special interest, upload photos or videos...or even just be a lurker if you're not sure yet what you want to say. I welcome you all to join the community!
And as always, I'm thankful to everyone who made this new project possible: Intern Dan, our awesome web designer/developer Matt, a batch of friends (like Natalie, Megan, Anne and more) who tested it out and offered feedback, and so many more. I'm spoiled rotten! I couldn't make this happen without you all.
Much love, Jenni
