A playlist to help you remember to BREATHE
I've been spending a lot of time lately on learning mindfulness, trying to be present in every moment. A big part of that is breathing and as regular readers know, music always inspires and motivates me. I asked for suggestions on Twitter and Facebook, and combined those with my own faves to create this terrific 17-song playlist. Enjoy!
