With the holidays fast approaching, I know some of you are worrying about how you'll handle traditional meals and other food-focused gatherings. Gluten-Free Thanksgiving 2008 by the Gluten-Free Girl
Shauna James Ahern, aka the Gluten-Free Girl, has come up with a terrific list of Thanksgiving recipes for you to try. Gravy, stuffing, cranberry chutney and pumpkin pie are all winners, plus she has great tips on how to cook for folks who are gluten-free and serve the meal. We're fans of the Weight Watchers approach to healthy eating, and their holiday cooking special rocks.
